Currency
All rates are quoted in US Dollars and will be charged into US Dollar also.

Confirmation of Booking
All bookings will be handled in timely manner. When the rooms are available on the period requested, the booking will be confirmed instantly.
Travel agent will be charged straightaway using the credit card given when booking.

Payment
All reservations are required to have credit card guarantee EXCEPT if travel agents pay Bali Dwipa Tours a nominal of FLOATING DEPOSIT.
The deposit will be deducted for its confirmed booking.
Payment will be charged in US Dollar currency.
Once the booking has been confirmed, your credit card will be charged by PT Dirgantara Bali Dwipa Tours.

• The currency exchange rate will be US Dollar.
• Additional bank fees 3% for payment by credit card will be applied.

Credit Card Privacy
All credit cards are stored on our secure server and will be automatically deleted 7 days from the time of making the reservation.
Details of travel agents and its customers will be treated as private and confidential and will not be disclosed to the third parties.

Rates Confidentially
All selling rates to Travel Agents are NOT allowed to publish on the internet without packaging them with airfares or sightseeing.

Hotel Room Rates Configuration
1p means 1 single room, 2 person means 2 person in a room with king or queen or twin beds.
Extra adult will be using an extra bed with extra charge.
Extra child without bed shall share the bed with parents.
If a child requires an extra bed, it will be calculated as an ADULT and will be charged as per adult extra bed.

How to Make A Booking
All booking and enquiries will be handled PT Dirgantara Bali Dwipa Tours as the contractual agent of each hotel partners.
Hotel with NO ALLOTMENT
Some hotels does not give any allotment to Bali Dwipa Tours due to limit number of rooms. All booking for such hotels without allotment will be treated as ON REQUEST. The credit card is required to make the process faster and will be charged if room is confirmed.

Hotel with FLEXIBLE ALLOTMENT
Bookings to hotel with online room availability will be treated instantly in minutes.
Travel agent may print hotel voucher and send it to its customers.

Seasons Description
Low Seasons varies from one hotel to another.
Here are some season periods for hotels in Indonesia.

• High Season : June, July, September
• Peak Season : August, Lebaran Holiday, Chinese Holiday, Christmas and New Year Period.

Cancellation
Please read cancellation policies provided by each hotel and travel partner before amending or canceling your booking.
Cancellation fees will be applied after due time.
Low Seasons
One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival date and 2 nights charge for cancellation within 7 days

High & Peak Season Period
One night room charged for any cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival date and 2 nights charge for cancellation within 21 days before arrival

During Christmas and New Year
One night room charged for any cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival date and FULL NIGHT charge for cancellation within 21 days before arrival

Early Check Out
Early check out will be charged two nights room value during normal season and full nights room charge during high/peak season

Refund Procedure
All refund will be deducted 3% from the total amount charged or the amount can be used as a deposit for future booking.

Responsibility
PT Dirgantara Bali Dwipa Tours acts only as an agents for hotels, villas, transportations, and other contracted suppliers and will not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, inadvertent errors in booking, delays generally or irregularity which may be occasioned for any reasons.
